Dispatch #v5.0

Thank you!

Wow - it's been months since the big day on June 21st, 2025, and we're happy to admit that we're still basking in the afterglow. The day went so well, and created so many lasting memories, we're incredibly grateful for it all.

To everyone who made the trip, dressed up, danced their socks off in the garage, gave speeches, helped with prep, navigated hitchhiking up the mountain, and/or simply showed up with open hearts ready for a pretty good time - thank you. Our day in Boulder was everything we hoped for, and then some, and it wouldn't have been without you.

A special, overflowing thank-you goes to our families, the wedding parties, and the lovely people we hired to work the event. Everyone showed so much support, patience, and humor which made our wedding easy and fun from start to finish.

As a thank you to everyone, we've put together a few final pieces to close the book on this wonderful wedding season:

How They Got Here: Final Interview - The Wedding & Honeymoon

We did one final interview with Nora to wrap the series, reflect on the wedding, and share stories from our honeymoon in the UK. It’s a sweet little epilogue and our way of saying thank you again to everyone who gave to the registry.

Our Wedding Photos

Our full gallery from the wedding photographer has arrived. We’re sharing a handful of our favorite images here, and there’s also a link in the final email newsletter allowing guests to download the set in full. If you missed that email and want access, just text or email Joey.

Disposable Camera Shots from the Dance Floor!

Some of our favorite photos from the disposable cameras are now up - and they’re really, really good. You all did amazing! We’ve included a download link to the full collection in our final newsletter, but you can also browse a curated selection below.

Who Won the Wedding?

If you flipped to the back of the wedding zine, you might have noticed a little scavenger-hunt-style game we tucked in there: a way to “win the wedding.” Participation was solid across the board - but two people went above and beyond.

We’re thrilled to announce Drew Sullivan and Sasha Rogers as the official winners of the wedding. They completed every task on the night of the wedding and reported back with proof 🏆👏

Request: Got Video of the Wedding?

Before those clips get buried in your photo feed, we’d love to gather any video snippets you captured from the day. We didn’t ask our photographer to take video, so if you have any short clips, sharing them would mean the world to us and will be so fun to look back on.

If you filmed any part of the toasts, speeches, ceremony, or first dance (even partial moments), please text or email them to Joey or Macy.

What’s Next

Reflecting on the wedding and the greater wedding season, we’re left holding two overwhelming groups of feelings.

On one side of the coin is deep joy and gratitude - for what was, how it all came together, and how it coalesced into one of, if not the most, memorable and joy-filled days of our lives. On the other side - we are very excited to no longer be planning, prepping, and stressing over a wedding!

We'll keep this site live for a couple more months, and then the interviews will be moved to Joey's personal blog: joeyplunkett.ghost.io.

Finally, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you for celebrating with us and for being such a vital part of our lives. We set out to take on whatever, together - and to build our marriage on the foundation of love, support, and joy you’ve given, and continue to give, us.

With all of the love,

Macy & Joey
