The countdown is on—just 20 days to go!
We’re now officially in the final stretch before our wedding weekend in Boulder, Colorado, and wow—it’s all starting to feel incredibly real. We’re beyond excited to celebrate with all of you in beautiful Colorado so soon!
With this Version 5.0 update of the site, we’ve added a handful of important new details, tools, and fun extras. Please read carefully—there are a few items that will help your weekend go off without a hitch.
First up: we’re using an app called Guestlist to help manage the weekend. You can download it here, and we highly recommend doing so. The app includes:
- The full wedding weekend schedule
- A feed where we can send real-time updates important for the entire party
- A space to share photos you take during the week
- And most importantly—your individual bus assignment and departure time for the wedding day
Important: How to get to the wedding venue.
On Saturday, June 21, two different buses groups will leave from the Hotel Boulderado and it's very important you know which one you're on:
Team Kenzie departs at 1:00 PM (view schedule)
Team Brown Dogs departs at 2:00 PM (view schedule)
Because there’s no parking at the venue and our buses are planned pretty much down to the seat, it’s important that everyone is on time for their assigned shuttle.
If the timing for your assignee bus doesn’t work for you, please reach out to us directly—we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Additionally, this new version of the site also includes a few updates you won’t want to miss:
- Part Four of our story – “A Walk in the Potter Highlands” – is now live! It’s the final installment in the series and a perfect warmup for the weekend ahead.
- Our final playlist – Required Listening v5 – is now live! It’s the set we’d play if we had one more hour on the dance floor and no one wanted to go home.
