Travel and Accommodations

Our wedding is taking place in Boulder, Colorado, during the weekend of June 20-22, 2025. We’ve designed this weekend with out-of-town guests in mind, aiming to make your trip as easy and enjoyable as possible. By following the guide below, you should be able to get everywhere you need without renting a car.

Some details on this page may be updated as we finalize arrangements, so please check back in June to stay up-to-date. And don’t forget to check out our suggestions for fun activities while you’re in town—we've built guides for fun things to do in Boulder as well as the surrounding area.

Getting to Colorado

If you’re traveling from out of town, we recommend flying into Denver International Airport (DIA). As one of the busiest airports in the world, DIA offers a wide variety of direct and convenient flights, no matter where you’re coming from.

Getting from the Airport to Boulder

The most convenient and affordable way to get from DIA to Boulder is by taking the Route AB1 bus. Departing hourly from Denver Airport Station, the bus arrives directly at Downtown Boulder Station. It’s fast, reliable, and simple to use—we even use it ourselves! The cost is $10.50.

View the Route AB1 schedule here.

Option 2: Rideshare

Uber and Lyft are also great options for getting directly to Boulder. These services can be especially convenient if you’re traveling with a group or have a lot of luggage.

Option 3: Shuttle Service

For larger groups or those needing extra space, consider booking a van service like the SuperShuttle for a smooth and stress-free ride.

Once You’re in Boulder

Boulder is an incredibly walkable and bike-friendly city, with plenty of Uber and Lyft drivers available if needed. Our goal is to make sure you don’t need a car during the weekend. We’ll also provide transportation to and from the wedding venue (details to come).

Stay tuned for updates on other resources to make your stay as seamless as possible!

Accommodations

For the weekend, we've identified two hotels that we recommend staying at - the Hotel Boulderado (where we'll be staying during the weekend) or the Boulder Marriott.

However, feel free to shop around as there are a lot of hotels and Airbnbs in the downtown Boulder area. If you find a great deal at another place, that's great.

We just recommend choosing an option relatively downtown where you can easily walk or bike to the events.
